Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Sable Housing and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be follow-up and outcomes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for lease compliance. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
