Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Kestrel Housing and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be follow-up and outcomes. You would join a large organisation of about 344 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for rent assistance. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
