Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Oakland, CA)

Lumen Willow Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Oakland, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for meal programmes. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
