Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Miami, FL)

Ironwood Nest Community Partners is a nonprofit in Miami supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for food distribution. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
