Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Amber Early Learning and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be follow-up and outcomes. You would join a large organisation of about 938 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
