Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Memphis, TN)

Rivermark Timber Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Memphis, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
