Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Memphis, TN)

Clearpath Iron Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Memphis, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for classroom supplies. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
