Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Memphis, TN)

Greenridge Ember Property Management is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for rent collection. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
