Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Kansas City, MO)

Bluepeak Field Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for resident services. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
