Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Jackson, MS)

Bluepeak Thistle Early Learning is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 930 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
