Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Fresno, CA)

Fernwood North Early Learning Group is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
