Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Fort Worth, TX)

Rivermark Vale Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Fort Worth area, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for rent collection. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
