Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (El Paso, TX)

Silverline Umber Civic Services supports public agencies in El Paso with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for case files. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
