Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Denver, CO)

Harborlight Early Learning is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment.
