Nova Pine Property Management is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for lease renewals. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
