Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for lease compliance. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
