Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Boise, ID)

Summit Bright Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Boise caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
