Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Austin, TX)

Cedar Summit Early Learning Associates operates neighbourhood childcare around Austin, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Austin. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
