Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Austin, TX)

Westbrook Corner Community Partners is a nonprofit in Austin supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. You would join a small organisation of about 71 people based in Austin. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for volunteer shifts. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
