Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Austin, TX)

Westbrook Vale Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Austin. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance stores. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
