Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Anchorage, AK)

Northwind Oak Civic Services works with county and city offices around Anchorage. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for budget submissions. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
