Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Albuquerque, NM)

Westbrook Timber Property Management is a Albuquerque property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for lease renewals. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
