Senior Case Manager - care planning (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Bright Community Partners Group and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be care planning. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for volunteer shifts. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
