Senior Case Manager - care planning (Tampa, FL)

Amberfield Vale Property Management is a Tampa property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our care planning. You would join a large organisation of about 335 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for vendor invoices. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
