Senior Case Manager - care planning (Seattle, WA)

Rivermark Ridge Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Seattle, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our care planning. You would join a large organisation of about 932 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
