Senior Case Manager - care planning (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Bright Pike Property Management and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be care planning. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for lease renewals. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
