Senior Case Manager - care planning (Seattle, WA)

Bluepeak Corner Housing manages affordable housing communities across Seattle, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our care planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for repair requests. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
