Senior Case Manager - care planning (Savannah, GA)

Greenridge Thistle Early Learning runs childcare centres in Savannah caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on care planning. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
