Senior Case Manager - care planning (Richmond, VA)

Greenridge Early Learning runs childcare centres in Richmond caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our care planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
