Senior Case Manager - care planning (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Timber Early Learning and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be care planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
