Senior Case Manager - care planning (remote)

Foxglove Lantern Early Learning runs childcare centres in Birmingham caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our care planning. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
