Senior Case Manager - care planning (remote)

Rivermark Birch Civic Services supports public agencies in Wichita with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our care planning. You would join a small organisation of about 109 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for public records. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
