Senior Case Manager - care planning (remote)

Redstone Willow Learning Group is an education provider in Jackson serving students and families. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on care planning. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for learning materials. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
