Senior Case Manager - care planning (remote)

Clearpath Amber Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Boise. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on care planning. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for school calendars. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
