Senior Case Manager - care planning (remote)

Highbridge Thistle Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around St. Louis. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on care planning. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
