Senior Case Manager - care planning (remote)

Bright Drift Civic Services Group is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on care planning for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for budget submissions. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
