Senior Case Manager - care planning (remote)

Clearpath Iron Early Learning runs childcare centres in Omaha caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our care planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
