Senior Case Manager - care planning (remote)

Stonegate Bright Housing is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on care planning for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for lease compliance. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
