Senior Case Manager - care planning (remote)

Summit Willow Early Learning runs childcare centres in Miami caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our care planning. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
