Senior Case Manager - care planning (remote)

Amberfield Bright Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Tucson, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our care planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for classroom supplies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
