Senior Case Manager - care planning (remote)

Amberfield Ridge Early Learning is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on care planning for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for classroom supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
