Senior Case Manager - care planning (remote)

Bright Fox Learning Group is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on care planning for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for attendance records. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
