Senior Case Manager - care planning (Providence, RI)

Bright Corner Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Providence area, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our care planning. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for learning materials. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
