Senior Case Manager - care planning (Providence, RI)

Rivermark Summit Property Management is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on care planning for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance requests. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
