Stonegate Fox Property Management is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on care planning for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for resident events. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
