Senior Case Manager - care planning (Philadelphia, PA)

Redstone Lantern Housing is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on care planning for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for rent assistance. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
