Senior Case Manager - care planning (Philadelphia, PA)

Redstone Works is a Philadelphia property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on care planning. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for rent collection. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
