Senior Case Manager - care planning (Orlando, FL)

Cedar Nest Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on care planning. You would join a large organisation of about 620 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
