Senior Case Manager - care planning (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Cedar Iron Property Management and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be care planning. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for unit turnovers. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
