Senior Case Manager - care planning (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Cross Civic Services and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be care planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for permits. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
